Once your order is placed, your light is carefully processed by our specialist team.

• Each crystal, pendant, and glass component is individually inspected for clarity and finish

• All pins, screws, chains, ceiling plates, and accessories are counted and verified

• Electrical components are tested to ensure full functionality

• LED drivers and wiring are checked for safe performance

• The chandelier is powered and tested before packaging

• Spare crystals are included with every order for peace of mind

• Custom order notes and specifications are attached to your shipment

• Final visual inspection is completed before approval for dispatch

Packaging & Shipping

To ensure safe delivery, your chandelier is professionally packed using protective layering and reinforced packaging.

• Crystals and delicate components are individually wrapped

• Main body sections are secured with impact protection

• Hardware and accessories are sealed and labelled

• Larger chandeliers are packed inside reinforced wooden crates for maximum protection

Once securely packaged, your order is shipped via a trusted courier service with tracking provided.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Choosing the correct chandelier size is essential to achieving the perfect balance in your space. A well-proportioned light enhances the room — too small can look underwhelming, too large can overwhelm the area.

How to Select the Perfect Size

For Living Rooms & Dining Areas

A common guideline is to add the length and width of your room (in metres), then convert that number into centimetres for an ideal chandelier diameter.

Example:

4m + 3m room = 7 → Recommended chandelier diameter: approximately 70cm.

For dining tables, we recommend selecting a chandelier that is ½ to ⅔ the width of your table to create balanced visual impact.

Ceiling Height & Suspension Length

Every chandelier order includes:

• 50cm adjustable chain

• 50cm adjustable wiring

Both the chain and wire can be shortened during installation to achieve your desired drop length.

If you require a longer chain or extended wiring for high ceilings, please leave a note at checkout or contact us before dispatch and we will arrange this for you.

Installation Height Guidelines

• Dining table chandeliers should hang approximately 75–90cm above the table surface

• Living room chandeliers should maintain at least 210cm clearance from the floor in walk-through areas

• Double-height ceilings benefit from larger diameter fixtures with extended drop lengths

Daylight / White (6000K)

Dimmable Options Explained

We offer both replaceable bulb chandeliers and integrated LED chandeliers, each with different dimming capabilities.

Replaceable Bulb Chandeliers (E14 / E27)

Our chandeliers that use replaceable bulbs are fully dimmable when used with:

• Dimmable bulbs

• A compatible dimmer wall switch

Simply install dimmable bulbs and connect to a dimmer switch to adjust brightness to your preference.

This allows you to customise your lighting from soft ambient glow to full brightness whenever needed.

Integrated LED Chandeliers

Our integrated LED models come with advanced dimming functionality built in.

• Supplied with a dimmable remote control

• Adjustable brightness levels

• Colour temperature changing (Warm White / Cool White / Neutral)

• Smooth transition between light tones

This allows you to change the mood of your space instantly, from warm evening ambience to bright daytime clarity, all at the touch of a button.

Lighting is more than illumination, it defines mood, atmosphere, and presence. Selecting the correct emitting colour and dimming option ensures your chandelier performs exactly how you envision.

We want you to love your chandelier — but if it’s not quite right, we make returns simple and fair.

How Returns Work

✔ If you change your mind, you can return an item within 30 days of receipt as long as it is:

• Unused and unfitted

• In its original packaging

• Resalable with all parts included

To start a return, simply complete our Returns Request Form (included with your parcel or downloadable online) and send the item back to our Manchester warehouse.

Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs — we strongly recommend a tracked courier and keeping proof of postage.

Refunds & Store Credit

• Full-price items are refunded to your original payment method once received and inspected.

• Sale or discounted items receive store credit (e-gift card).

• Refunds are normally processed within 2 business days of receipt, and funds may take 3–5 working days to appear depending on your bank.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing or incorrect parts:

   Inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives

   Report the issue to us (with photos where possible) within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly
   
3. 
   We will replace or refund the affected item in line with your statutory rights.
   

International Returns

International customers follow the same process — return shipping, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Be sure to label your package clearly as “RETURNED GOODS” to help avoid customs charges.

Important Notes

• Returns must be received back at our warehouse within 30 days of your cancellation notice.

• We do not provide pre-paid return labels – tracking and postage proof are essential.

• Used, fitted, damaged, or incomplete items cannot be accepted.
