1. Purchasing Goods Online

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us. The process is as follows:

Add product(s) to your shopping basket
Enter login details (or checkout as guest, if applicable)
Enter delivery address details
Enter billing address details
Confirm your order

Once you submit your order, we will send an Order Acknowledgement Email with your order number, item details, and an estimated delivery time. This email only confirms receipt of your order — it is not acceptance of your offer.

We accept your offer only when your order is dispatched and we send you a Dispatch Confirmation Email. If a product is unavailable, it will be excluded from the dispatch email and not form part of the contract.

Full payment must be received before dispatch. If paying by credit/debit card, your card will be charged when your goods are prepared for dispatch.

Prices are shown in the relevant currency for your selected region, and in GBP (£) for the “Rest of World” site. Delivery charges are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

2. Use License

You may not:

Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display (commercial or non-commercial) without our written consent
