Reflect Lighting does not currently operate a public showroom. Our warehouse is not open to general visitors, although Click & Collect is available by prior arrangement.

Standard Processing

Made to Order

Products marked Made to Order are manufactured only after a customer has placed and confirmed an order.

These products are not held as completed stock and require a manufacturing period before dispatch.

5. Placing an Order

For made to order products, manufacturing arrangements begin following order confirmation.

If we are unable to accept or fulfil an order, we will notify you and arrange any refund due in accordance with applicable law.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency selected or applicable to your shopping region.

Prices shown to UK consumers include applicable VAT where required.

Delivery charges and any additional costs payable to Reflect Lighting will be displayed before checkout is completed.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, typographical or technical errors.

If a significant pricing error is identified before an order is accepted, we may contact the customer to confirm whether they wish to proceed at the correct price.

If an error is identified after a contract has been formed, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law rather than automatically changing the agreed price.

Made to Order Products

Made to order lighting is manufactured after an order has been confirmed.

As production arrangements may begin shortly after purchase, we do not offer additional voluntary cancellations for changes of mind once manufacturing arrangements have been made.

However, statutory cancellation rights may still apply to made to order products that are standard catalogue designs.

Manufacturing a standard product after purchase does not automatically remove these rights.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Products genuinely manufactured or personalised to a customer's individual specifications may qualify for an exemption from statutory cancellation rights.

Where the legal exemption applies, such products are not eligible for cancellation or refunds solely because the customer changes their mind.

This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.

8. Made to Order & Custom Manufacturing

Certain Reflect Lighting products are manufactured specifically after a customer places an order.

Made to order products may include standard catalogue designs manufactured following purchase.

Custom or bespoke products are lighting designs produced or altered to meet individual customer requirements.

Examples of genuinely bespoke orders may include chandeliers with individually specified dimensions, personalised configurations or specially commissioned designs that differ materially from our standard catalogue.

Customers placing custom orders are responsible for reviewing and confirming their requested specifications before production.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the manufactured product matches the agreed design and specifications.

Where modifications are requested after production has begun, changes may not be possible or may involve additional costs. Any additional charges will be communicated for approval before being incurred.

All applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Reflect Lighting offers delivery throughout the United Kingdom and to supported international destinations.

Processing, manufacturing and shipping times vary depending on the product and delivery location.

Processing Time: The period required to prepare or manufacture an order before dispatch.

Shipping Time: The period required by the delivery provider to transport the order after dispatch.

The estimated total delivery time includes both stages.

The processing or manufacturing timeframe displayed in the individual product description should be reviewed before purchase.

For UK consumer orders, delivery will take place within the agreed timeframe or, where no different timeframe has been agreed, within the period required by applicable law.

International deliveries may require additional time for customs clearance and local delivery arrangements.

10. Delivery Responsibility

Reflect Lighting is responsible for arranging delivery of products purchased through our website in accordance with the agreed delivery terms.

For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods generally remains with Reflect Lighting until the goods are received by the customer or a person identified by the customer to take possession.

Different rules may apply where the customer independently arranges their own carrier outside the delivery options offered by Reflect Lighting.

Customers' statutory rights relating to delivery and the condition of goods remain unaffected.

Reflect Lighting offers Click & Collect from our Manchester warehouse by prior arrangement.

12. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.

Standard Products

Eligible standard products may qualify for returns within 30 working days of delivery under our additional voluntary returns policy, subject to the relevant conditions.

Made to Order Products

Made to order products are excluded from our additional voluntary returns policy for changes of mind.

However, applicable statutory cancellation rights remain available where the product does not qualify for a legal exemption.

Custom & Bespoke Products

Genuinely customised or personalised products may be exempt from change of mind cancellation rights where permitted by law.

Faulty or Incorrect Products
