PAYMENTS & RETURNS POLICY

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major debit and credit cards: Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard, UK Maestro, American Express

  • Apple Pay

  • PayPal

  • Klarna

  • Reflect Lighting Gift Card

Security:

  • All transactions are processed securely through Square Payments or PayPal, and encrypted.

  • Payments must be made in full before shipment.

  • We use Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code to enhance safety.

  • All cardholders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the issuer.

  • Internal fraud checks are also performed.

Overseas customers:
Prices charged in foreign currencies may vary depending on the exchange rate applied by your card provider.


2. How to Return Items

To return an item:

  1. Complete a Returns Request Form (included in your order packaging or downloadable from our website).

Important notes:

  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Items must be received back at our warehouse within 30 days of cancellation.

  • Keep proof of postage and a tracking number; we are not liable for lost or stolen parcels.

  • Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after receipt.


3. Conditions for Returns

  • Order cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter) within 30 working days of receiving your order.

  • Returned products must be:

    • In original packaging

    • Unfitted, unused, and resalable

    • Free from stains or odours

  • We provide refunds on full-price items and store credit (e-gift card) for sale items.

  • Faulty or damaged items are refunded or replaced in line with your statutory rights.


4. International Returns

  • International customers must follow the same return process.

  • Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Clearly mark your package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges.

  • Please allow additional time for international returns to arrive and be processed.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2 working days of receiving your returned item(s).

  • It may take 3–5 working days for funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your provider.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method; store credits are issued via e-gift card.


6. Damages, Breakages & Incorrect Orders

  • Please inspect all items as soon as possible after delivery.

  • Report breakages or faults within 48 hours, with photos where possible, so we can resolve quickly.

  • If your order is missing or contains incorrect items, email contact@reflectlighting.com.

  • Out-of-stock items will be refunded promptly.


7. Returns Over 30 Days

  • Cancellations must be made in writing within 30 working days of receipt.

  • Items must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of cancellation notice.

  • We cannot accept returns outside this timeframe or items that are used, fitted, damaged, or without original packaging.


8. Returns Are Not Free

Please note: customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a trackable method with proof of postage.
