What to include in your request:

• Your order number (if you purchased the chandelier from Reflect Lighting)

• The chandelier model name/number

• A description of the part(s) you need (e.g. “1 x crystal drop”, “ceiling canopy”, “suspension chain”, etc.)

• Quantity required

• Attach photos of your chandelier and the missing/broken part (if available)

Once we receive your request, our support team will confirm pricing, availability, and estimated delivery time.
