At Reflect Lighting, we believe choosing exceptional lighting should be a straightforward and enjoyable experience.
To provide greater flexibility at checkout, we offer a selection of payment methods, including Klarna, Clearpay and PayPal.
Eligible customers may be able to divide the cost of their purchase into instalments, subject to approval by their chosen payment provider.
Whether you're purchasing a contemporary pendant light or a statement chandelier, you can explore the payment options available for your order during checkout.
1. Klarna
Pay with Klarna
Klarna offers eligible customers flexible payment options through its payment services.
Where available, Klarna Pay in 3 allows an approved purchase to be divided into three scheduled instalments without interest.
The first instalment is generally collected at purchase, with the remaining payments scheduled approximately 30 and 60 days later. Your actual repayment dates will be shown in your agreement.

Important: Klarna is a form of credit. Borrowing beyond your means or missing repayments may negatively affect your financial circumstances and future access to credit. The applicable terms, including any late fees, will be explained by Klarna.

2. Clearpay
Pay in Four Instalments
Clearpay allows eligible customers to divide their purchase into four instalments over approximately six weeks.
Payments are normally collected automatically according to the schedule provided by Clearpay.
Clearpay does not charge interest on its standard Pay in 4 product, but late payment fees may apply if repayments are missed.

Manage your payments through your Clearpay account.
Important Information
Clearpay may charge late fees when scheduled repayments are missed. Under its published UK terms, these can be capped at £24 per order or 25% of the purchase price, whichever is lower, subject to the applicable conditions.
Missed repayments may also affect your ability to obtain credit in the future.

3. PayPal Pay in 3
Flexible Payments with PayPal
PayPal Pay in 3 allows eligible customers to split an approved purchase into three instalments.
The first payment is generally due at purchase, with the remaining two instalments scheduled monthly.
PayPal Pay in 3 is interest free and does not charge late payment fees under its current UK terms.
However, missed repayments may affect your credit record and your ability to obtain credit in the future.
How PayPal Pay in 3 Works

Select Pay in 3 if it is offered for your purchase.

Confirm your purchase and manage repayments through PayPal.
PayPal determines whether Pay in 3 is available based on its eligibility and affordability assessment.

4. Eligibility & Payment Approval
Buy Now, Pay Later services are subject to eligibility assessments by the relevant payment provider.
For UK payment plans, customers generally need to be at least 18 years old and satisfy the provider's residency, identity, payment method and affordability requirements.
Eligibility may depend on:

Reflect Lighting does not determine whether a customer is approved for credit.

5. Made to Order & Custom Lighting
Reflect Lighting offers ready to dispatch products, standard processing lighting and designs manufactured after an order is placed.
Choosing Klarna, Clearpay or PayPal does not change the applicable processing, manufacturing or delivery timeframe.
Ready to Dispatch Products
Eligible products are prepared for prompt dispatch according to the timeframe displayed in the product description.
Standard Processing Products
Some lighting products require approximately 3–7 working days of preparation before dispatch.
Made to Order Products
Certain lighting designs are manufactured only after a customer places an order.
Manufacturing times vary depending on the product, design and specifications.
Please review the individual product description before purchasing.
Important: Instalment repayments may become due while your order is being manufactured or prepared. Repayment dates are determined by the payment agreement and are not necessarily linked to the date your order is delivered.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Purchases made using Klarna, Clearpay or PayPal remain subject to Reflect Lighting's applicable cancellation and returns policies.
Your statutory consumer rights are not removed because you selected an instalment payment method.
If a return or cancellation results in an approved refund, Reflect Lighting will process the appropriate refund through the original payment method.
The payment provider will then update the relevant payment agreement or account in accordance with its procedures.
Depending on the provider and the status of your refund, future instalments may be adjusted or cancelled, and payments already collected may be refunded.
Important: Until your payment provider confirms that your repayment schedule has been updated, continue to follow its instructions regarding payments.
Customers experiencing payment difficulties should contact their provider directly.

7. Secure Payments
Reflect Lighting uses supported payment services to provide a secure online checkout experience.
Payment providers use their own security and verification procedures to protect transactions.
Customers should never send payment card numbers, security codes or sensitive banking information through email or live chat.
If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from a payment provider, verify it directly through the provider's official website or application.
8. Responsible Borrowing
Instalment payment services are forms of credit and should be used responsibly.
Before entering into a payment agreement, consider the total purchase amount, repayment dates and your ability to meet each instalment.
Late or missed payments may result in additional charges, affect your credit record or make future borrowing more difficult.
Customers experiencing financial difficulties should contact their payment provider as early as possible to discuss available support.
Reflect Lighting does not provide financial or credit advice.
Credit agreements are provided by the relevant payment providers, subject to their own terms and regulatory requirements.
9. Financial Regulation & Important Information
In the United Kingdom, qualifying third party Buy Now, Pay Later agreements have been regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority since 15 July 2026.
Klarna, Clearpay and PayPal provide their respective credit products under applicable regulatory arrangements.
Reflect Lighting is a lighting retailer and does not itself provide the instalment loans described on this page.
Any credit agreement is entered into with the relevant payment provider, subject to eligibility, approval and its applicable terms.
The full repayment schedule, charges, credit information and contractual rights will be provided by your chosen payment provider before you enter into an agreement.
